Repairing Properties In Detroit

Worn down abandoned houses in Detroit.

A tattered house in a better neighborhood.

The interior of a large abandoned warehouse.

01 Properties

In June 2019, we will be off to Detroit for the Summer with collected revenue. This revenue will buy inexpensive houses with lots of damages.

02 Renovation

Some of the houses will be repaired, while others it may be more worthwhile to have them demolished and built from the ground up.

03 Empower

Later stage when some of these houses are made to be nice, they will be purposed for educational programs and incubators for funneling money into Detroit.

04 Automate

By 2024, we will renovate warehouses and automate factory processes to pump out goods that Americans need, all while bringing money into Detroit.
